What will the coaching bring me if I get started?
My approach is not limited to tools: I learn to listen to the messages that life slips you through the people and situations you encounter – whether they are milder or more chaotic. Once you are reconnected to your body, heart and mind, you discover how to fully identify, welcome and traverse these experiences to make them allies. The magic question then becomes:« What part of me does this situation or this person touch? Why does it affect me so much? »
This path takes place in 4 stages:
- Resistance– recognize blockages and fears in the face of unexpected.
- Acceptance– to welcome reality as it is to open unexpected solutions.
- Exploration– test, experiment and discover what works for you.
- Integration– anchor lessons learned, build confidence and move forward stronger and aligned.
