Who does the REVELATION coaching address?

Coaching REVELATION addressed to expat mothers who feel an inner void, a loss of meaning or a misalignment between their life and their deep aspirations. You put it on. your career on pause or on the contrary, the latter don't match you anymore. You gave the others a lot. And you feel he's time to get back to the center of your life to create an activity that looks like you.

Who does the PROPULSION coaching address?

Coaching PROPULSION is designed for expat mothers who have already started their activity, but who feel blocked, overwhelmed or disconnected from their initial momentum. You want find meaning, the Joy and one true consistency between your business, your wife's life and your energy.

What is the difference between PROPULSION and REVELATION?

REVELATION is made for those who are at the very beginning of their reflection and want to create an aligned project from their True SOI.

PROPULSION, it is for those who have already a project launched, but who wish realign, structure, radiate and manifest with fluidity and power. It is a programme of entrepreneurship maturation, elevation and expansion.

What is the difference between the group version and the individual version?

Coaching Individual is 100% personalized : you advance to Your pace, with sessions focused solely on You and your needs. It is accessible at any time.

Coaching collective The group power : support, mirror effect and collective dynamics, while integrating moments coaching Individual to enlighten your personal path. You move at your own pace, but you're not alone anymore. Coaching is open twice a year.

How does an individual coaching work?
  • REVELATION (professional conversion): 3 months accompanied by 1 weekly meeting in visio or face-to-face between Lisbon and Cascais, introspection exercises (breathing, visualisation, intuitive writing...) and a Custom tracking between sessions. You move at your own pace and co-create your brand universe to lay the foundation for your aligned project.
  • PROPULSION (business expat): 6 months coaching with 2 individual sessions per month, custom exercises and tools Powerful to work your strategy, your Energy and tone mindset. The rhythm is designed for you to implement and structure your business calmly.
    What is the schedule for collective coaching?
    • GROUP REVELATION : one pre-entry in July/August and 3 months To reconnect with you. Then, 1 group session per week (1:30, in a small committee), 3 individual sessions (start, middle, end) and one Telegram space to exchange. You get exercises to integrate and take action smoothly.
    • PROPULSION GROUP : one pre-entry in December and 6 months accompaniment to propel your business. Every fortnight, a group session 1h30 (in visio) with personalized coaching, 3 individual sessions programme and a group Telegram living for collective support and emulation.
