Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, total or partial, of the site or its elements, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited, unless prior written permission is given.
4. Personal data – Regulation (EU) 2016/679
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the information collected via the forms is processed by RYG Consultancy Lda for the management of the customer relationship, the sending of information, commercial prospecting, and the registration to the newsletter.

6. General Conditions of Sale and Use
The coaching, individual or group support services and digital training offered by RYG Consultancy Lda are provided in return for a price indicated on the site. The contract shall be deemed to be concluded upon validation of the payment.
In accordance with Article 17 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to services performed or digital content provided immediately after validation. Any session cancelled within 24 hours is due.
The content provided (documents, videos, audios, media, tools) remains the exclusive property of RYG Consultancy Lda. Any unauthorized use is subject to civil and/or criminal penalties.
7. Applicable law
These legal statements are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable solution, exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the courts of the seat of RYG Consultancy Lda.
