GATEWAY RELOCATION program

For international companies dedicated to the well-being of their employees and their families during overseas relocations.

Let’s ensure a truly successful global expatriation experience for your employees, their families, and your company!

As company directors, you are well aware of the significant financial, emotional, and relational expenses associated with expatriation, including those stemming from the repatriation of families who often feel disoriented, adrift, isolated, and profoundly disillusioned after relocating to a foreign nation.

Despite extensive preparation, including “look and see” visits in advance of departure, the reality of day-to-day life can subject spouses to feelings of isolation, a sense of professional and social void, diminished self-esteem, marital conflicts, and a loss of purpose.

To alleviate these challenges and preempt premature repatriations, the GATEWAY RELOCATION program presents an opportunity to launch this new expatriation venture on a positive note. By offering support, guidance, and companionship to spouses during their crucial first months abroad, we aim to avert the crisis phase altogether.

How it works

Hence, I’ve devised a coaching framework that’s versatile and applicable across diverse scenarios and any expatriation context. Drawing from my own first-hand encounters as a supported spouse during multiple international assignments alongside my husband, I can confidently attest to the undeniable advantages of such guidance.

In light of this, I extend an invitation to introduce the GATEWAY RELOCATION program to your entire workforce in the midst of international transfers. This initiative ensures that the expatriate spouse’s journey is marked by positivity, fostering personal, emotional, and professional growth and equilibrium. Simultaneously, this enables your employee to redirect their focus entirely on your projects, unburdened from the concerns associated with this transition.

Note: This program is also open to families who have opted to relocate to a different country, be it for personal or professional motives.

The program includes:

12 individual sessions, each lasting 60 minutes, thoughtfully scheduled to accommodate family and professional commitments.

The Gateway RELOCATION program is entirely tailored to address the specific challenges they encounter, structured around the following four core pillars:

  • SELF-OBSERVATION
  • RECHARGING YOUR ENERGY
  • SELF-CREATION
  • PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

This represents a distinctive chance for your company to provide comprehensive support to the spouses of your expatriate employees. By doing so, you empower them to focus on your projects and fulfill their employment contracts to the fullest extent.

taking it a step further…

For the enhanced well-being of expatriate spouses who have been residing away from their home country for an extended period, consider extending the GATEWAY S.O.S. program. This initiative provides tailored individual support to those experiencing a sense of crisis.

It serves as a pathway to well-being, with a mission to assist expatriate women in navigating the transition to their life abroad, fostering a sense of serenity. This empowerment enables them to unlock their complete potential and restore equilibrium, regardless of their surroundings.

The future depends on what you do today.
